Before Purchasing:
Before booking with Graphics by Nieechontell, please make sure you fill out our design form which can be found on our website. Also, please do not book a service through us without listing contact information as well!
Turnaround Time:
The normal turnaround time is between 7-14 business days. If revisions are needed an additional 2-3 business days will be added.
Rush fees are to be added to your order at checkout.
Immediately After Purchasing:
After you have booked a service through Graphics by Nieechontell, it is mandatory that you send all required information within 48 hours after purchasing or your order will be CANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information.

Return Policy
All purchases are not eligible for refunds unless designer is at fault of not meeting deadline or emergency only and contract and policy is breached. Buyer's remorse is not eligible for a refund.
